Privacy Notice

Dan Sunil Kumar (trading as PMINFOHUB (pminfohub.org)) decides how and why your personal data is processed on this site, and is therefore the data controller. You can reach us by replying to any email you receive from Admin <noreply@pminfohub.org>.

• Account data (email address, authentication identifiers, sign-in provider, password hash held by our authentication provider) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Profile and usage data (bookmarked articles, reading progress, notification preferences) — to deliver the reading-list features you ask for. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Content you submit (article comments, form submissions) — to publish and moderate discussion. Legal basis: contract performance and our legitimate interest in running a safe community.
• Email data (email address, send/delivery status, opt-in choices) — to send transactional emails such as welcome and receipt emails, and optional reminders you opt into. Legal basis: contract performance for transactional email; consent for optional marketing or tips emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Order data (order reference, product purchased, purchase status, buyer email) — to grant access to paid downloads and provide support. Card and billing details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.
• Technical and security data (IP address, device/browser information, request logs, error diagnostics) — to keep the service available, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix faults. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

We never see, collect or store card numbers, CVV codes, bank details or full billing addresses. All payment data is entered directly into Paddle's hosted checkout and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record on PCI-DSS compliant systems. Our systems only retain a Paddle order reference, the product purchased, purchase status and the buyer email needed to grant access and provide support.

• Merchant of Record — Paddle.com: for the sale of our products, order processing, payments, subscription management, invoicing, tax compliance and refunds.
• Service providers and subprocessors: hosting and application platform, managed database and authentication, file storage, and email delivery — acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting or tax advisers where necessary.
• Authorities: where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the UK/EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Account, profile and comment data are kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after closure. Email delivery logs are kept for a limited operational period. Order records are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes (typically up to 7 years). Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and diagnostics.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing (such as optional emails). To exercise these rights, contact us and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database authorisation, and short-lived signed links for paid downloads. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to incidents.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your session and preferences, and complete checkout with Paddle. We also use limited analytics and, where enabled, advertising cookies as described below. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though sign-in and checkout may then stop working.

Non-essential cookies are only set after you consent through our cookie banner. You can review or change your choices at any time: open cookie preferences.

• Strictly necessary — authentication session, security, checkout. Always active; the site cannot function without them.
• Preferences — saved reading list, progress and notification settings.
• Analytics — aggregate page and search performance, used to decide what to write next.
• Advertising — set by third-party ad partners when advertising is served on the site (see section 8a).

Where advertising is served on this site, third-party vendors — including Google — use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (google.com ↗), or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices (↗) and youronlinechoices.eu (↗).
• Third-party ad networks may use non-personalised or personalised advertising cookies, web beacons and device identifiers. We do not control those cookies and we do not receive your card, contact or account details from them.
• Users in the UK/EEA and other consent-required regions are asked for consent before personalised advertising or non-essential cookies are used, in line with Google's EU user consent policy, and can change or withdraw that choice at any time.

If you are in the UK or EEA, the legal bases for our processing are set out in section 2 and you have the rights listed in section 6. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information, and you can opt out of personalised advertising using the links in section 8a. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. We do not knowingly serve personalised advertising to children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this notice; the "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
