PM Delivery Toolkit Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to justify the request — change of mind is enough. We will not ask you to delete files, though your licence to use them ends once the refund is issued.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request one:

• visit paddle.net (paddle.net ↗) and look up your order using the email address you bought with; or
• reply to your order receipt email, and we will raise the refund with Paddle for you.

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

When a refund or chargeback is completed, access to the paid downloads on this site is revoked and your purchase is marked as refunded. Your free account, saved reading list and library access are unaffected.

If you were charged twice or believe a payment was taken in error, contact us or Paddle and we will investigate and refund any duplicate charge in full, regardless of the 30-day window.

In addition to this policy, Paddle's Refund Policy (paddle.com ↗) and Buyer Terms (paddle.com ↗) apply to your order, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
