The service is provided by Dan Sunil Kumar (trading as PMINFOHUB (pminfohub.org)). Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they refer to that seller. You are contracting directly with us for the service and the digital products we sell.

Reply to any email you receive from Admin <noreply@pminfohub.org>, or use the contact route in your order confirmation, to reach us.

By creating an account, browsing the library, or purchasing a product you accept these terms. Continued use of the service means you continue to accept them, including any updates we publish on this page. You confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract and, if you are buying on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

Critical Path is an educational project management knowledge library plus paid downloadable templates (the "PM Delivery Toolkit": Word, Excel and PDF documents). The materials are general guidance and templates, not professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice. You are responsible for adapting them to your own project and organisation and for verifying accuracy before relying on them.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

On payment we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased templates internally, including on client projects you personally deliver. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the files (in original or lightly edited form);
• include them in a competing template pack, course or paid library;
• reverse engineer, circumvent, or share download links or technical access limits.

This section is our acceptable use policy. You may use the library, the PMI standard templates and the paid toolkit to plan, run and report on your own or your clients' projects. You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not:

• use it for unlawful purposes or in breach of applicable law or sanctions;
• commit fraud, launder money, or use stolen or unauthorised payment details;
• send spam, or post abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent or misleading comments;
• upload or share malware, or content that exploits or endangers minors;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
• resell, redistribute or publish our templates in breach of section 5;
• impersonate another person, or create accounts by automated means;
• interfere with security or availability — no probing, scanning, credential stuffing, bulk scraping, or load that degrades the service for others.

We may moderate, restrict or remove any content that breaches this policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations (see section 12). To report content that breaches this policy: Reply to any email you receive from Admin <noreply@pminfohub.org>.

User comments and other content you submit remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host, display and moderate that content solely to operate the service.

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the website, articles, glossary, templates, branding and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. If you believe content here infringes your rights, contact us and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Card details are entered directly with Paddle and are never collected or stored by us.

Payment, billing, currency, applicable taxes, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are therefore governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms (paddle.com ↗). Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm. See our Refund Policy for our money-back window.

Some pages carry third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) and affiliate links to tools we reference. Advertising is served by third parties and is clearly separated from our editorial content; adverts are not endorsements and we do not accept payment to change the substance of our guidance. Where a link is an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

We are not responsible for the content, products, privacy practices or accuracy of third-party sites, adverts or vendors reached from this site. You must not click your own adverts, encourage artificial clicks, or interfere with how adverts are served. See our Privacy Notice for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance, third-party outages and changes may cause downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, data, business or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or part, if:

• you materially breach these terms;
• a payment fails, is reversed, charged back, or refunded;
• there is a security, fraud or legal risk;
• you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules.

You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your licence ends and access to downloads and your saved reading list may be removed; you may request an export of your data before your account is closed.

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
